Right on. Say I'm a patient who goes to the ER for COVID. If I meet the criteria on Oct. 1st they enroll me and then I'm discharged (i.e. sent home). The only ER visit and/or admission to hospital the data will track is me going back to ER or hospital either later that day or till the trial closes.
